3. Medical information
Information shared with our care team is treated as confidential. Records made during a consultation, including clinical photographs where you have consented to them, are kept as part of your clinical file. Online messages are for general guidance and appointment coordination and do not create a doctor–patient relationship, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.
4. Clinical photography
Clinical photographs are part of your record and are stored with it. They are not published, used for teaching or shown to anyone outside your care team without separate written consent, and you may decline photography.
